Internationally renowned speaker and fitness business consultant Paul Brown, aka Mr Retention, will return to his former home city of Sydney as a feature speaker at the 2019 FILEX conference.

Mr Retention will present his latest findings and strategies on client retention including the latest case studies further validating the systems he has been creating since 1995.

Brown will also lead a new format session titled The Conversation which will encourage delegates to share and network with an emphasis on how they can win and keep more clients and members.
